Ottawa Extended the Fuel Excise Pause to January 31, 2027. Full Rates Return April 1
Treasury Board said September 15 the federal fuel excise tax stay on gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel runs through January 31, 2027. Half rates apply in February and March. The extension is estimated at $2.9 billion on top of relief already booked.
