Suncor Energy said October 4 it agreed to sell its interests in Terra Nova, White Rose, and West White Rose to Ithaca Energy for C$1.2 billion upfront plus up to C$350 million in contingent payments, while lifting its share repurchase target to C$750 million per month from C$500 million. The deal is a portfolio carve-out. It is not a Fort Hills operating update.
Suncor said Monday it will release third-quarter 2026 results on November 3 after the close, with a management webcast November 4 at 8:30 a.m. Calgary time. That is the calendar. It is not Q3 production guidance and not the October offshore divestiture close.

Suncor declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.60 per share on August 4, payable September 25 to shareholders of record at the close today, September 4. The amount matches the prior quarter.
