Pembina Sanctioned a 932-Megawatt Gas Plant for a Data Centre. In-Service Is Still 2030
On July 2 Pembina, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, and Kineticor took FID on the Greenlight Electricity Centre in Sturgeon County. The 932-megawatt combined-cycle plant will serve a data centre under a long-term toll. Pembina's net investment is about $2.1 billion after a land sale.
