Hydro One Filed a $37 Billion Plan. The OEB Has Not Ruled

Hydro One Networks submitted its 2028-2032 Joint Rate Application to the Ontario Energy Board on Oct. 7. The proposed five-year plan is about $37 billion if approved. That is a filing. It is not a rate order.
