EIA Prints +77 Bcf for Week Ending October 16. AECO Cash Is Not in the Survey
The U.S. Energy Information Administration reported a 77 billion cubic foot injection into Lower 48 working gas for the week ending October 16, 2026, lifting stocks to 3,644 Bcf. Inventories were 152 Bcf below the year-ago level and 35 Bcf above the five-year average. This is the federal storage survey. It is not Alberta AECO hub settlement.
