Enbridge Closed the $3 Billion Share Sale. Tallgrass Still Has to Close
On September 14 Enbridge said it closed its common-share offering, issuing 44,735,000 shares including the full over-allotment for about C$3.0 billion of gross proceeds. The company said net proceeds will partly fund announced acquisitions. The US$2.55 billion Tallgrass crude deal is still aimed at a later-2026 close.
