Ottawa and B.C. Cleared Tilbury Phase 2. FortisBC Has Not Called an FID
B.C. issued an environmental assessment certificate Monday afternoon. Ottawa's decision statement followed at 5:54 p.m. ET. The expansion adds a storage tank and equipment for up to 7,700 tonnes of LNG a day at the existing Delta site. FortisBC still has a final investment decision ahead.
