LNG Canada Phase 2 Still Has No FID. Kitimat's Second Wave Is Engineering
Partners issued a limited notice to proceed on June 1 so the Fluor-JGC joint venture can do early planning and long-lead work. Phase 2 would double Kitimat from 14 million tonnes a year to about 28. Mid-September has brought no final investment decision.
