B.C. Cleared FortisBC's $2 Billion Tilbury Add-On. Construction Is Still a 2027 Question
Fortis Inc. said July 31 that the province let FortisBC advance Tilbury Phase 1B, about $2 billion of regulated kit for marine LNG in the Port of Vancouver. An order in council on July 24 skipped the usual BCUC certificate. Steel is aimed at 2027. Service is aimed at 2031.
