Westinghouse Filed a Confidential S-1. Cameco and Brookfield Renewable Still Own the Plant Maker
On July 31 Cameco said Westinghouse Electric Company, jointly owned with Brookfield Renewable Partners, confidentially submitted a draft Form S-1 for a proposed IPO of common stock. Share count and price range have not been set. The offering is subject to market conditions.
