Record day is next week. The marketing drag is still counting outage days

Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) declared August 5 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.5625 per common share, a 4.17 percent increase from the prior $0.54 rate. Payment date is September 29, 2026, to shareholders of record September 15. The dividend is designated eligible for Canadian tax purposes.

On September 3 Keyera revised 2026 Marketing segment realized margin guidance to $320 million to $350 million from $360 million to $390 million, citing the Line 5 outage and lower Alberta EnviroFuels output. Enbridge's September 9 update said bypass work remains on schedule for a September 12 restart. Keyera moves NGL mix from Fort Saskatchewan and Empress to Sarnia on Line 5. At the current restart timing, Keyera estimates the disruption will shave about $30 million from 2026 Marketing realized margin.

Keyera said the AEF and Line 5 hits should have minimal impact on 2026 Liquids Infrastructure realized margin and do not change the broader fee-based outlook. All other 2026 guidance is unchanged.

Neutral read

KEY is on the listed midstream list. Banks were skipped. A September 15 record date and a $30 million Line 5 estimate are the facts. Write the dividend as fee-based continuity and the outage as a marketing-segment trim. Watch whether Line 5 actually restarts Friday and whether the $30 million estimate holds.
