Five cents is the monthly rhythm, not a production update
Paramount Resources (TSX: POU) said September 1 its board declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. Payment date is September 29, 2026, to shareholders of record September 15. The dividend is designated an eligible dividend for Canadian tax purposes.
Paramount's August 6 second-quarter release raised 2026 sales volumes guidance to 51,000 to 53,000 boe per day after strong Sinclair Montney tests and Alhambra plant ramp-up. This September 1 note does not change that operating outlook.
The company flagged in its advisory that future monthly dividends are not assured and can change with cash flow, leverage, or strategy.
Neutral read
POU is on the listed producer list. Banks were skipped. Five cents, a September 15 record, and a September 29 pay date are the facts. Write this as dividend continuity, not as a Kaybob or Sinclair call. Watch whether September production holds near the raised guidance and whether the AKITA in-kind distribution from July is fully behind the share count.
