CNQ is on the listed producer list. Banks were skipped. A September 11 record date and $6.9 billion of Q2 funds flow are the facts. Write the dividend as cash-return continuity, not as a WTI forecast. Watch whether the November MOU unlocks Jackfish and Pike 2 and whether buybacks continue at Q2 pace.
