The indentures are dated today. The press list is still September 9

Fortis Inc. (TSX: FTS) furnished a Form 6-K that the SEC accepted at 2:47 p.m. ET Monday, accession 0001104659-26-109250. The exhibits are the Second Supplemental Indenture and the Third Supplemental Indenture, each dated as of September 21, 2026, among Fortis, The Bank of New York Mellon as U.S. trustee, and Computershare Advantage Trust of Canada as Canadian co-trustee. James R. Reid, executive vice-president, sustainability and chief legal officer, signed the cover.

Those indentures establish the two series Fortis priced September 9: US$500 million of 6.625 percent fixed-to-fixed rate junior subordinated notes due March 30, 2057, and US$500 million of 6.875 percent notes due the same date. The September 9 release said the offering was expected to close September 21, subject to customary conditions. The company has not posted a close news release. Its IR news list still leads with that September 9 pricing note.

This is the closing paperwork on EDGAR. It is not a dividend, not a FortisBC wires program, and not a Line 5 note. It does not change a 2026 production guide.
